Actually, that's a great idea. My plan is the "right after work" thing, too (great minds think alike!).
Being ADHD I tend to have a reeaally hard time staying focused and away from the email and other blogs and the news and the facebook and...and...and...you get the picture! Actually the news and the other blogs can help get me ideas on what to write...but the EEEVIL side of that is that I get too caught up in it and before I know it, it's time to think about tomorrow and bed and...*sigh*.

Thanks for the buzz...

Well, back in the day, I read a book called The Artist's Way and probably the best thing I got out of it was the journaling every morning for three pages. After one or two, I ran out of the "bullying" words and got down to the creative stuff. Now, I'm not a big fan of mornings (and I know you aren't either), so I'm not sure how this translates to a working gal.

I will say, however, that with my photo blog, I have to set aside the same time every day (which was when I got home from work) to do that first. No looking at email or anything else or I'd get too distracted. It was my first priority.

OK, I've blathered on long enough. Not sure if any of that rambling will help. Good luck!
